Notice of Temporary Suspension of CBT Scheduling and Testing

August 7, 2017—NCCCO’s service provider for computer-based testing, PSI, is moving the CCO certification exams to a new delivery platform. The new platform will provide multiple benefits including additional site availability and online scheduling. However, during the transition process both scheduling and testing of CBT exams will be temporarily affected.

Scheduling

Effective immediately, PSI temporarily cannot schedule appointments for candidates to test on or after Friday, September 1, 2017. Candidates applying to test now will need to schedule to take their exam on or before Thursday, August 31, 2017, or will need to wait until Monday, September 11, 2017, when CBT scheduling will resume at regular business hours. This will ensure the migration is complete and allow the exam to be scheduled on the new platform.

Testing

PSI will need to suspend all NCCCO testing between Friday, September 1, 2017 through Sunday, September 10, 2017, during which time testing appointments cannot be scheduled. Testing will resume on Monday, September 11, 2017, at regular business hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you have any questions, please contact Tara Whittington at twhittington@nccco.org or Marc Hone at mhone@nccco.org.
