Mobile and Overhead Crane Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshops Scheduled

August 2013 - The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) is pleased to announce the following Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshops to be held in Texarkana, AR:

Who Should Attend:

All candidates attending the Mobile Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop must hold current CCO mobile crane operator certification. 
NCCCO reviews all potential participants' applications before admission to a Workshop is granted. All applications must include payment and resumes or will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. The mobile crane workshop is strictly limited to fifteen (15) participants. The overhead crane workshop is strictly limited to eleven (11) participants. The workshops are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Overhead Crane Operator Certification Exams Offered: 
For the convenience of those who are not currently certified in the overhead crane category, NCCCO's Written Certification Exam will be administered during the morning of the first day of the workshop. Overhead Crane Practical exams will be conducted during the remaining days of the workshop. NOTE: Written Certification and Practical Exam fees are not included as part of the Practical Examiner Workshop fees and are due at the time of testing.
Deadline to Register:
The deadline to register for this workshop is September 20, 2013. Please fill out the Workshop Application and return it to NCCCO's Salt Lake City Office via fax at 801-363-3806 or via email to in PDF format.
Note: Attendees at NCCCO Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshops are required to retake and pass the Practical Exam(s) for the category(ies) in which they hold NCCCO Certification and wish to receive accreditation as a Practical Examiner. Attendees failing Practical Exam(s) at the workshop will be required to re-test within 30 days after receipt of their workshop results. These exams must be conducted in the presence of an approved NCCCO Practical Examiner.

Failure to pass the Practical Exam(s) at the Workshop or subsequently will result in revocation of NCCCO Certification for that category.
