Hosting Written Exams


Candidate Application Fees

Candidates who want to sit for paper/pencil written exam(s) will contact you for details about the test date. location, and mandatory test administration number. They can then use the online Candidate Application form to apply and use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) to pay the appropriate PPT Written Exam fees. Applications are due two weeks prior to the scheduled examination date. All application materials must be received at NCCCO’s office according to the sample schedule outlined above.

Candidates eligible to sit for the examination will be sent an admission letter approximately one week before the scheduled test administration date.

Candidates must follow the directions carefully when filling in the required information. Incomplete applications, incorrect payment, and/or inaccurate documentation will delay the processing and incur additional fees. This could result in NOT being able to sit for the examination(s).

Other Fees

Candidates will be charged an additional $50 fee if their application is late.

  • Their application form is incomplete
  • They do not send in full payment
  • Their credit card cannot be processed for any reason
  • They want to add to or change the exams they want to take after scheduling has been completed (in addition to the exam fee)

Late Applications

Applications received after the application deadline, but at least four days prior to the exam administration date, are subject to a $50 late fee. This fee must be included with the late application.

For example, for a test administration on a Saturday, late applications that arrive at NCCCO’s testing office by 5:00 p.m. (ET) on the Monday evening prior to the test can be accepted. Candidate applications that arrive after that time cannot be accepted.

Walk-in candidates cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
