| The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) announces a Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop to be held in Oklahoma City, OK on November 30 - December 2, 2004. |
| NCCCO will also conduct a one-day Practical Examiner Refresher Workshop on November 30, 2004 at the same location. |
| The Registration Form is attached and must be received by NCCCO with payment no later than Wednesday, November 24, 2004. The number of applicants is strictly limited and registrations are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. |
