March 5, 2024—CCO is excited to announce changes to the myCCO portal designed to enhance the stakeholder experience and provide even greater convenience when accessing exam-related information.
Introducing the myCCO Exam Hub
The myCCO Exam Hub replaces the “Manage my OPT/TCT/EOT Exams” button; it is a new “one-stop shop” for all things exam-related. This centralized hub will provide easy access to everything related to exams, including:
- Finding test locations
- Seeing exams available for scheduling
- Scheduling/changing testing appointments
- Viewing past exam results
Candidate Dashboard
While “Upcoming Exams” and “Exam History” were previously displayed on the dashboard, this information is now exclusively within the myCCO Exam Hub.
Important Note: For those who have previously taken paper/pencil, computer-based tests (through PSI), or practical exams administered via paper score sheet (prior to January 1, 2024), please be aware that exam histories will not be available through the myCCO Exam Hub. Instead, see result letter emails sent by CCO or contact CCO to verify exam history.
