October 2011 - The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) is pleased to announce a Mobile and Articulating Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop.The Mobile Crane Practical Examiner Workshop will be held November 28-30, 2011 and the Articulating Crane Practical Examiner Workshop will be held December 1-2, 2011. A one-day refresher will be held on November 28, 2011 for those Practical Examiners needing to re-accredit.
NCCCO reviews all potential participants' applications before admission to the Workshop is granted. All applications must include payment and resumes or will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. The mobile workshop is strictly limited to fifteen (15) participants. The workshop is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All candidates attending the Mobile Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop must currently hold mobile certification.
This workshop will have a Telescopic Boom Crane - Swing Cab (TLL), a Telescopic Boom Crane - Fixed Cab (TSS) and an Articulating Boom Crane (ABC). There will be no Lattice Boom Crane (LB) available at this workshop

The deadline to register for this workshop is November 14, 2011. Please fill out the Workshop Application and return it to NCCCO's Salt Lake City Office via fax at 801-363-3806 or email to Erin Jones in pdf format.
Note: NCCCO Certification Written Exams for the Articulating Boom Crane will be administered during the first day of the workshop. Practical and Written Certification exam fees are not included as part of the Practical Examiner Workshop fees and are due at the time of testing. Attendees at NCCCO Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshops are required, to retake and pass the Practical Exam(s) for the category(ies) in which they hold NCCCO Certification and wish to receive accreditation as a Practical Examiner. Attendees failing Practical Exam(s) at the workshop, will be required to re-test within 30 days after receipt of their workshop results. These exams must be conducted in the presence of an approved NCCCO Practical Examiner. Failure to pass the subsequent Practical Exam(s) will result in revocation of your NCCCO Certification for that category.
