CCO Operator Profiles
CCO-certified operators who have recertified at least twice have held their certification for more than 10 years. In 2010 NCCCO started surveying this elite group to find out how CCO certification has made a difference to them and what real-life benefits they’ve seen from being certified over the long term. Survey results show that an overwhelming percentage believe their CCO certification has helped them to be safer operators, to communicate better with other trades on the job site, and to take advantage of increased employment opportunities.
In recognition of their long-standing support for CCO certification, NCCCO is profiling some of these long-time certificants here to bring their individual stories to life and illustrate the benefits that certification brings to those with a stake in making load handling equipment operations safer.
Watch your job site for the special star CCO logos that these operators are now eligible to wear; each star indicates how many times they’ve recertified, so you can be sure that these operators truly know their craft.
